Asha Home Sanitation was started in the year 1991. With an aim to maintain the city clean and hygienic, AHS was Co-founded by Mukesh Kumar and Rajiv Ranjan Sinha. Back on April 1, 1991, the company started by two brothers along with 5 workers. Around 200 employees work under this company today with a mission to keep the city, state and the country clean. The frontline workers of Asha Home Sanitation has also rendered its service in the distressful situation like floods and pandemic to keep the city safe and hygienic. Asha home sanitation believes to deliver quality service with utmost customer satisfaction.

The Beginning
Let's take you back to a story from 1991. It is a story of a dream that took 30 years of struggle to turn into reality. This story is of Bihar's best cleaning and sanitizing service company, Asha Home Sanitation. Asha Home Sanitation was founded by two brothers, Mukesh Kumar and Ravi Ranjan Sinha. These two brothers started the company in the name of their mother Asha Devi and laid the stone of establishment on April 1, 1991. The company is headquartered in Patna, Bihar. AHS started along with 5 workers with the vision to keep the surroundings clean, healthy and hygienic.
The Struggle
But this start was not easy. It required a lot of hard work. Starting with the health industry, specifically, the nursing home was tough. The team of Asha Home Sanitation worked 16 hours a day to fulfill the commitment it had made with its clients. Everyday cleaning and sanitation services were dedicated to nursing homes, hospitals and factories regardless of any festive break. It was tough but the team took the challenge and worked with dedication. Shortly, this hard work brought a buzz in the city about their customer-friendly services.
The Breakthrough
Leaping to 2000, the company had a name and fame in the city. Asha home sanitation became the first choice of many big businesses, companies and public places. Asha Home Sanitation was serving the city's biggest entertainment theatres and buildings like Mona Cinemas, Fun Cinema Regent and Elphinstone. ASH became the name of quality for office workers. In this duration, Asha Home Sanitation also broadened its services like floor polishing, scrubbing, glass cleaning, waste pick up, etc. Their work got acknowledged and positively reviewed due to the timeliness of work.
The Down
Everything looked fine until the failure hits you hard. It was 2005 when the company's clientele took a dip. Many big names withdrew from the service due to poor economical conditions. It was hard times for AHS team to resist. But the bonding of trust and diligence persisted within the AHS family. After a year and a half, the company dragged itself out of the lows and started blooming again.
The Rise
After 5 years of ups and downs, Asha Home Sanitation witnessed a growth of 19.3% in its job employment. The company transcended its base to the other 3 districts of Bihar. Residential and commercial services delivery was in full swing. Manpower and caregiving services introduced during this period. By the end of 2010, nearly 30% of the city's healthcare and entertainment services were taking Asha Home Sanitation services.
The Expansion
It was 2015 when food and hospitality were seeking a tremendous spike in the city. Cafes, restaurants and hotels were the new business. Meanwhile, the food industry is also about safety, cleanliness and hygiene. To provide uncompromised quality and promote food hygiene, AHS started serving in food and hospitality cleaning. Advanced tools, techniques and organic products were used for safer stay and dine-in. AHS introduced its services to malls and commercial complexes during this period. AHS also delivered the best manpower services, be it friendly staff or driver, gardener or security guards. Every worker dedicated himself work round the clock to give comfort to the customers. AHS also promoted women's empowerment by equipping women with employment opportunities in gender-neutral roles.
The Service
2020 was the year of frontline workers. This leap was hard to take. In this period, Asha Home Sanitation frontline workers rendered their service in the adversity of Bihar Floods and COVID-19 pandemic. The whole city was demanding sanitization services. With the rise of demand, the market also hiked the cost of the services. But to combat the lockdown challenges, AHS stood to its affordable charge. AHS committed itself to work day and night to meet the demands also took care of its team. All types of cleaning, sanitization, sanitation and manpower services delivered throughout the pandemic with hiking a single penny.
The Glory
And today, AHS is 30 years old with more than 25 industry experience. Asha Home Sanitation is now a family of 200 well-trained cleaning experts. It still continues to render its service towards Clean India (Swacch Bharat). This story will continue because it is a never-ending journey of hard work, quality and dedication with a bond of trust.
